Workshop Series
Throughout the year, the Urban Farm Church offers a variety of learning experiences in a workshop setting. These 1.5-hour workshops are FREE and open to the public. All workshops are held from 6:00-7:30pm at 3901 Maize Rd, Columbus. Click on the Events page to register for an upcoming workshop.
July 9 - Kids Climate Camp
Kids of all ages and their families are welcome to come learn about caring for the earth through games, activities, a scavenger hunt, & more!
September 10 - Cover Crops
Tim McDermott of OSU Extension will talk about the use of cover crops over winter and how this can increase the overall health of your soil.

August 13 - High Tunnel Tomatoes
Join Farmer Taylor as he shows us the process of growing tomatoes in our very own high tunnel & learn what might work in your garden too!
October 8 - Black Walnuts
Learn about the process of harvesting black walnuts, then experience and participate in that process with walnuts from our own property!
December 10 - Upcycling Gifts
Learn the basics of upcycling, then create some Christmas gifts that are good for the planet & good for your wallet!
